We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note a £2.45 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or any damaged products.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, if you are not satisfied with the product we will be able to offer a refund if all requirements are met as mentioned above.
How will i receive my refund?
If the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same method used to make your purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
